Why this agency exists
Good businesses were getting priced out of the web.
In 2022, Kristiyan started working with small UK businesses. The problem was the same everywhere: businesses that clearly needed a proper website - fast, Google-ranked, built to convert - but couldn't get one because traditional agencies wanted £3,000 to £8,000 upfront.
Most couldn't justify it. The ROI wasn't proven yet. They'd already been burned by someone who took their money and disappeared. Or they'd built something on Wix that technically existed but didn't rank, didn't convert, and didn't represent them.
The subscription model was the obvious fix. Spread the cost. Keep the agency accountable month-to-month. No big upfront risk. If the site isn't working, you stop paying.

Chapter one
It started with a name no one could spell.
TsvWeb. Named after the founder’s surname, Tsvetanov. Short enough to be a brand, hard enough to pronounce that every sales call started with “how do you say it?”
Despite the name, the business grew. Medical aesthetics clinics. Fashion brands. Racing drivers. SaaS startups. Local trades. The industries were different but the pattern was always the same: businesses that needed to be found online and weren’t.
We built sites that ranked. We wrote copy that converted. We ran Google Ads that generated leads from day one. And we started to see what we were actually good at - not just building websites, but building online revenue machines for businesses that had been invisible.
2022
TsvWeb founded. First client: a medical aesthetics clinic in Birmingham.
2023
Expanded into SEO, Google Ads, and AI automation alongside web design.
2024
Passed 50 clients across six industries. Started planning the rebrand.

TsvWeb becomes Octelis. Same team, same clients, new chapter.
Chapter two
Why Octelis?
By 2024, TsvWeb had outgrown its name. The business wasn’t just one person freelancing anymore. It had a process, a track record, and a growing team. The name needed to reflect that.
Octelis isn’t a word you’ll find in the dictionary. It’s constructed deliberately. Eight (octo) represents the structured framework we use to evaluate every client’s online presence. The suffix suggests motion - an agency that acts, not just delivers.
The rebrand wasn’t cosmetic. It was a commitment to building the thing TsvWeb was always trying to be: a full-service digital agency that treats UK businesses like partners and measures success in revenue, not deliverables.
