Is there an upfront or setup fee?
No. Subscription plans start from £295/month with £0 upfront. That covers custom design, development, hosting, SEO foundations, and ongoing support. One-off builds are available from £1,200 if you prefer to pay once and own outright.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel with 30 days' written notice. There are no exit fees and no penalties. We'd rather earn your business every month than lock you in.
Do I own my website?
You always own your content, domain, and data. On a subscription, the custom build is licensed to you while you subscribe. You can buy it out at any time (12 times your monthly fee, minimum £1,200), or choose a one-off build to own it outright from day one.
What's included every month?
Every plan includes hosting, SSL, security updates, uptime monitoring, and unlimited small content edits within fair use. Higher plans add SEO, conversion tracking, and strategy support.
Do you add VAT to these prices?
No. Octelis is not currently VAT registered, so the prices shown are the prices you pay - no VAT is added on top.
