Website Audit - 10-Category Framework
Audit any service business website across 10 critical categories. Returns a scored report with specific, actionable fixes ranked by conversion impact.
Website Audit Skill
Audit any service business website across 10 categories (0–10 each, 100 total). Output a scored report with specific, actionable fixes.
Two output modes
- sales-prep — Internal notes for a pre-sales call. Priority fixes, pricing framing, conversation openers.
- lead-magnet — Shareable critique you can send to the prospect. Same findings, empathetic framing, no internal commentary.
Default to sales-prep when mode is not specified.
How to use
- Get the URL. If not provided, ask.
- Ask for the business niche if not obvious (e.g. "dental clinic in Leeds", "barber in Manchester"). Niche determines which categories weigh heaviest.
- Ask for the mode if not specified.
- Browse the site — desktop and mobile. Take screenshots of key failures.
- Score against the 10 categories in the rubric below.
- Check kill criteria — these appear at the top of the report regardless of scores.
- Output in the correct template.
Hard rules
- Never invent findings. If you can't access the site, say so and stop.
- Specific over vague. "Hero says 'Welcome to Our Site' with no CTA" beats "weak hero."
- No fabricated metrics. You don't have their analytics — don't cite bounce rates you don't have.
- Lead-magnet mode is critique with empathy. Sales-prep mode is critique with a price tag. Same findings, different framing.
