Warmerly: Building an Email Warmup SaaS That Lands You in the Inbox
How we designed and built Warmerly - an automated email warmup SaaS with a warm cream-and-orange brand, clean marketing site, and a product that builds real sender reputation for cold outreach.

Cold email is broken for most people - not because their copy is bad, but because their domain never had a chance. Email providers like Gmail and Outlook judge every sender by reputation before a single recipient ever sees the message. A fresh mailbox with no history, no engagement, no warmth, goes straight to spam.
Warmerly exists to fix that. It's an automated email warmup tool that builds real sender reputation by running continuous, human-like email conversations from your mailbox - so when you start your outreach campaign, your domain is already trusted.
The product
Warmerly connects to your Gmail or Outlook account via OAuth - no credentials stored, one click to link. Once connected, it runs an automated warmup process: sending emails, receiving replies, starring messages, rescuing emails from spam folders, and building the engagement signals that inbox providers use to score sender reputation.
The technical foundation is built around SPF, DKIM, and DMARC - the three authentication protocols that any serious cold outreach setup requires. Warmerly surfaces these clearly so users understand what they need to configure before their warmup makes a difference.
The positioning was precise from the start: this is not a generic email tool. It is specifically for people doing cold outreach - SDRs, founders, agencies - who need their domain trusted before their first campaign goes live.

The design
The visual identity was built around warmth - literally. A cream background with an orange accent palette creates a distinctly approachable feel in a category full of cold, corporate blues and greys. The brand feels trustworthy without being sterile, which matters when you're asking someone to hand over OAuth access to their mailbox.
The logo - an envelope with a flame above it - communicates the product's core function immediately. It's the kind of mark that makes sense the moment you read the name.
The marketing site structure was built to educate and convert simultaneously. The hero establishes the problem and the solution in one screen: "Land in the inbox, every time." Below it, three trust signals - Gmail & Outlook support, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, cancel anytime, no credit card - address the objections a careful buyer would raise before clicking.
The "What is email warmup?" section below the hero does something most SaaS landing pages skip: it explains the mechanism. That detail signals product confidence. It says: we understand this deeply enough to teach it.
What we built
Marketing site. A focused landing page built to convert cold outreach professionals - people who already understand the problem and need to trust the product. Every section earns its place: hero, social proof strip, feature explanation, how it works, pricing, CTA.
Product UI. The dashboard and onboarding flow were designed for simplicity. Connecting a mailbox takes one click. The warmup runs in the background without requiring daily attention. The interface shows what it needs to and nothing more.
Brand identity. Warmerly's visual language - the cream-and-orange palette, the serif-influenced wordmark, the illustrated 3D envelope - travels across the product, marketing site, and email communications. It is a brand built to be remembered in a forgettable category.
What made the difference
Email warmup tools have a trust problem. Users are handing over access to their business mailbox to a service they just discovered. The entire design had to communicate safety, competence, and transparency from the first second.
Three decisions drove that:
No credit card to start. Removing the payment barrier upfront signals confidence in the product. If it works, people pay. If it doesn't, they shouldn't have to.
OAuth only. No stored passwords, no credentials at rest. The one-click Gmail and Outlook connection is a feature and a trust statement simultaneously.
Education as conversion. Explaining email warmup clearly on the homepage - including the technical detail of why it works - positions Warmerly as the credible authority in the space rather than just another tool.
